What a booking collects, where it is kept, and how to have it removed.

What a booking collects

A court booking takes your name, your mobile number, how many of you are playing, and an email address if you give one. A seat in open play takes a name and a mobile number.

Why it is asked for

The venue holds the court in your name. The payment they receive is matched to your booking number.

Where it is kept

On Toleds, the platform this site runs on. The venue reads it there.

Who can see it

The venue and Toleds.

How long it is kept

For as long as the booking record is kept.

Having it removed

Message the venue with your booking number and ask for it to be removed. Message the venue.

The services this site uses

  • Cloudflare

Serves this site. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits, without cookies, when it is switched on.

  • Nhost

The backend. The court, its hours and every booking are read and written there.

  • OpenStreetMap

The map tiles on the visit page. It sees a visitor IP address the way any picture loaded from another site does.

  • Facebook

The Messenger links, and only when one of them is tapped.
